“Had dog smell the door was jammed”

“Bed and pillows were comfy. It was quiet. The office staff were friendly. We had our cat with us and they accommodated us quite nicely. They gave us a coupon for breakfast at the McDonald’s next door. A drink plus an McMuffin. Our bathroom door had a broken hinge so it was difficult to close the door. That was our only complaint.”

“We were greeted by a very friendly staff at all times during our stay. The room was super clean, and the lobby and the floor we stayed at was constantly being cleaned. From our room, you can see the bayfront and beautiful sunset. In the lobby, the hotel provided regular and decaffeinated coffee as well as hot water for tea or hot chocolate. “Vero che stiamo parlando di un 2 stelle. Però … Pavimenti appiccicosi dappertutto. Soffitti in ingresso rattoppati. Camera 109. Moquette sfilacciata. Rivestimento basi letto rovinato. Porta di ingresso che chiude male. Ante armadio che chiudono male. Un cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno e abbiamo chiuso la porta… Non si apriva più!!! Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi, fino a richiedere intervento receptionist. Il ragazzo molto gentile a sua volta ha provato e poi l’ha aperta con una spallata …...

“This is a clean hotel that is a good place to stay before heading to Niagara. It was convenient that the washing machine and dryer could be used for free as long as you provided detergent. The staff were also very friendly.”

“The grounds are beautiful. Sit on the chairs and watch the sunset! Had the queen room, small but had everything that you need. Shower is small and shower head is not very high. The owners are wonderful and very accommodating! We will definitely return!”
