“Checking in took about 25 minutes because they couldn't initially find the second room reservation. The breakfast was underwhelming. The shower water was too hot even on the cold setting. Overall still a good place to stay though.”

“My only complaint is that i didn’t see the emails with the door code, so when i went there, i knocked on the door and waited a bit - no one was at the property. Then for some reason i checked my email while i was waiting and saw the note with the code. It’s not a big deal, but confusing ”

“Good value for the price. Clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. We spent a couple of days during the recent heat wave so outdoor activities were limited. Nice outdoor pool and well equipped gym. Two on site restaurants with decent menus and reasonably priced but also restaurants available within a few miles radius. Very friendly staff in the cafe by the pool, recommend for breakfast and lunch.”

“We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. Although our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, it didn’t take away from our visit. Everything else was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again!”

“Hotel is old and outdated. Room was dirty and was given soiled linens. There were renovations being done but it was not disclosed at booking. Everything that we experienced during our stay made it uncomfortable.”

“When we got there the elevator was out of service which we were not told about until after we checked in. With 5 prosthetics in my body that was not good. I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. The woman who checked us in was also the same woman I had spoken too weeks before (3/times) put us on the 2nd floor opposite side of the building of the doggy area. After begging with her how not happy we were with our accommodations. She...

“It seems like they are really trying. The lobby staff were so warm and welcoming and the room was nice but the bathroom was really not clean. I appreciated the key to get into the room so there aren't random people with access to the room. Everything was as expected for this hotel except the bathroom and shower.”
