“Check in was great after being on the road for 15 hrs with too dogs. Room was very clean well maintained kinda small but nice. Bed was comfortable but loud when you moved around. Asheville is dog city USA. Holding that name and being a dog friendly hotel they should have a small dog area or going to restroom or hanging out there wasn’t anything like this. over all 4 out of 5 would stay again for sure price was right”

“Could not use my booking due to a terrible smell in the room after turning on the heater. The odor was extremely strong — a heavy dusty, burning smell coming from the heater that made it unhealthy and impossible to stay in the room. I notified the host immediately and left the property, but the response was basically, “it’s probably just dust burning off and it will get better later because the heater is not used often.” The host also refused to provide any refund. “Loved entire place. Issues with lake damn so wasn't able to see lake with water but understood why. Breakfast was perfect. Didn't like that they didn't have dinner. Not enough guest is why I was told. Had to travel more for food. Highly recommend.”

“Loved our stay my only complaint is the parking - It’s either $50 a day for valet or $30 a day for self parking that turns over at 5a so you’re paying for at minimum 2 days. Also getting to the parking with luggage is a nightmare”
