“The staff was truly incredible: communicative, thoughtful, and kind. We had a series of unfortunate events with our rental car, so they waived our parking fees. We accidentally prepaid and booked TWO full villas through Expedia and they ensured that we received a refund for one of them- seeking approval on their end. The facilities were also lovely. “We stay here each year and its always a great fit for our family. The rooms are nicely kept and spacious. The kitchen is so great for easy breakfast and lunches. We use the bbq area which is very clean and well stocked with utensils. The shuttle takes us to Safeway for groceries and the nearby Kierland Comons for shopping and restaurants.
