“Only ice maker that worked was on third floor. Several days the elevators did not work. Treadmill stopped working while we were staying there.”

“We couldn’t get the tv to work or the hair dryer. No mini fridge in the room either. It was basic but clean”

“Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition.”

“The parking lot was nice and big, no problems getting into and leaving the property. I tried to check the tub drain and it came out of the tub drain mechanism. But I didn’t want a bath so I didn’t worry about it, and left the piece in the tub area. The WiFi worked well with no connection problems. My wife said the coffee at the front desk was very good. She absolutely needs her coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.”

Jewel of an employee you got there in him. All staff pleasant and cheerful! Room spacious, quiet and very clean. Wonderful over all stay. A+++”

“When I first got there there was no one at the front desk, I ring the bell and no one. A sign says to pick up the lobby phone. Finally someone comes and I get checked in. I go to my room and it’s dirty. My socks were stained black and I was only there one night. The sheets had various stains on them which was concerning.
