Non ci è stata fornita assistenza per una soluzione alternativa sicuramente da non imputare all'unico impiegato presente che è stato gentile ma non ci ha saputo aiutare per mancanza di informazioni. ”

“The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. My room was clean. I was working this trip and had some trouble finding/using two outlets near the desk, but managed. Hot tub was a nice relaxing perk, though it's a little weird the timer switch is across the room to make the jets work. Small inconveniences, but nothing major at all. Overall, a great stay.”

“Ottima la stanza con cucina, frigo mastodontico e piastra a induzione, ma senza nessun attrezzo di cucina, mancava l'asciugacapelli. Considerando il costo, la colazione era vergognosa. Nessun piatto, solo qualche snakes e degli yogurts. Non previsti: fette di pane, granola, latte fresco, confettura, burro, formaggio, frutta e succo di frutta. ”
