“KPS resort is a brand new facility with currently only six rooms and the rest still being built out. I stayed for two nights during my temple tour of southern Tamilnadu. The facility is beautiful and is very close to Kumbakonam. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff are terrific. The price currently is unbeatable and may not last once it is fully built up. I strongly recommend this resort.”

“It was a terrible experience. We arrived at the hotel at 8:30 AM on 10th April for check-in. The receptionist was extremely rude from the beginning. The first question he asked was whether it was an online booking. When I said yes, he asked us to wait without any explanation. He then asked how much we had paid, even though all the details were already available in the booking confirmation. We were left standing for more than 5 minutes, and he didn’t even have the courtesy to offer us a seat....

“There was a technical glitch. While my booking went through the hotel was sold out. However the owner was very kind enough to organise accomodation in another nearby hotel. He even let me get refreshed and use the room for a couple of hours before we could get our room from the other hotel. Very kind and courteous staff. Definitely consider staying here. Has parking facility as well.”
