Hotel a Perdido Beach

“This property was perfect for me. New, clean, spacious, comfortable bed, full size refrigerator, everything worked, and good location. The staff was even better. Each one was friendly, kind, and helpful every time I saw them. The manager was the best! He went over and beyond to assist with adjusting my dates and rates due to some personal unforeseen circumstances. He was very understanding and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.”

“The customer service was good. Good location and the room was spacious. I wasn’t made aware of the parking fees and the elevator floors stayed dirty .”

“Pool amenities aged: umbrellas not all functional. Pool should be cleaned daily. Workout room dusty. Machines need attention (tightening of bolts,etc. “Elliptical stepper”non functional. Baseboards in common area dusty. A little better selection for breakfast would have been appreciated ( juice, fruit, etc) ”

“Bathroom fan was hanging off, had a few fruit flies or nats. Also had cracks in the bathroom ”

“Check-in office was a bit hard to find. Staff was very amazing and nice. Plenty of parking spaces. No elevator. 1 flight of stairs to go up to second floor which was not too bad. No breakfast, but the office is open 24/7 with free coffee/hot chocate and all kinds of daily necessities if needed. Room included mini fridge and a microwave. 8 minutes from Gulf Shores Beach. We were here for a volleyball tournament, and it was about 15min away from the venue. Can’t wait to be back next season!”

“Really clean rooms, nice attendants, and great locations. The rooms are very spacious. A couple of minutes from the expressway, down the street from the speedway, lees than 15 minutes from Fast eddies, skyzone, etc... The kids enjoyed the pool as well. Only con was the ice machine not working. ”
