“Such a great spot already booked a future trip. ”

“We had received towels from the housekeeper. When I went to use the bath towels after my shower they were full of long black hairs. I got them on my face and body when drying off. They were also in the tub. Disgusting!!! We had the manager call and got no where with a reasonable compromise as he told us we booked it with a third party(Expedia).”

“Quant and cozy. Comfy bed and everything was clean”

“We loved staying at the quality inn when we stay in Detroit Lakes 5 times a year. But the last three times we stayed the water slides and hot tub have been out of order. Which is the man reason we used to stay here. The staff has always been amazing and breakfast is great. But with five kids, we are always so disappointed to show up and the slides and/or hot tub aren’t working. ”

“Good service, the room was very clean, everything was fine. This is the second time I've stayed here and I'm fine.”

“House was very clean. Loved openess living dining area. Beds very comfortable. Recliner was broken, water smelled like sulfur which would have been nice to know before arrived. Was missing some of basics listed on amenities and hosts seemed defensive when called about them, but had them dropped off later. It met our needs and we did have a great time inspite of the above mentioned. ”

“Property is a beautiful location on a lake. Camper is old. Bathrooms stunk. ”

“This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. ”
