“The hot tub was cold and the water was gray n smelled funny the ceiling was falling in in the whole pool area which was very disappointing to us. The room was nice the free coffee was taken up early both in evening an morning again disappointed. Check out was @ NOON an 10am housekeeping was banging on door!! The staff was nice an helpful. Not what we expected from a Marriott hotel.”

“This property is a stain on Marriott.
Visited here with family.
Carpet and floor is so dirty and grimy, I can bet it's not been cleaned in over a year.
Lights broken. Main door was loose.
The final blow was that the shower drain wasn't working and the water backed up until the tub line. Absolutely disgusting.
That led to a room change -- exact same set of problems.
Staff really don't care.
Cherry on top: went to breakfast with kid @ 9:00 am -- CLOSED. Supposed to be open until 10 as it...
