“Room 234 hot tub was broke and had to flip breaker to use it. It would come on loudly in the middle of the night until the breaker popped. They wouldnt switch rooms because we booked through Expedia. Light was out in our room and they hand my wife a light bulb to change it. Had reservations at the Lookout restaurant at 6:30, got sat at 7, got someone elses (2 filets and a ceasar) food at 8pm which they said eat until we got our food at 9:45. “Everything was great best place to stay in Memphis. I enjoyed staying in an apartment over a hotel or motel. The room was clean. The heated bed was a plus. Will tell anytime going to Memphis to stay here”
