JRB Holidays presenta questo rifugio con 3 camere da letto nel famoso Sovereign Harbour di Eastbourne sulla Sunshine Coast, nell'East Sussex. La casa si trova in una posizione ideale, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro del porto turistico che comprende bar, ristoranti e negozi. C'è un trasporto locale a portata di mano per Eastbourne Town Centre e Pevensey Bay.
4 posti auto e garage custodito per tutte le attrezzature per il tempo libero.
La struttura offre moderne sistemazioni completamente attrezzate per un massimo di 6 persone ed è stata completamente ristrutturata e arredata nel settembre 2018.
Un pacchetto di benvenuto e articoli da toeletta in omaggio per il vostro arrivo. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti senza costi aggiuntivi di pulizia.
La sistemazione è composta da:
• 2 camere da letto con letti super king-size che possono anche essere trasformati in gemelli e 1 camera con letti a castello per adulti. C'è anche un lettino da viaggio disponibile. Si prega di confermare al momento della prenotazione in modo che il lettino da viaggio può essere impostato.
• La proprietà può ospitare 6 singoli o 2 matrimoniali e una doppia
• C'è un bagno, doccia e WC
• L'ampia area salotto conduce alla cucina / sala da pranzo a pianta aperta che può ospitare fino a 6 persone e che conduce al giardino privato con patio e barbecue. È disponibile anche un seggiolone.

The property is very cozy, clean, had good parking, and is conveniently located near the water, entertainment, shopping and restaurants. Host was very accommodating. Would stay again. We booked 10 days, stayed 5. (We were there for a wedding and stayed with the rest of the group in a large farmhouse for the first 5 days.) It would be perfect for a short stay. The bedrooms are on the small side, no place for suitcases, not a lot of storage, 3d bedroom is perfect for children. Bathroom mirrors were too high for a 5’ person to use, would bring another option. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Home from home

I can’t recommend this property enough, it was spotless, spacious and the little additions to make life easier (toiletries, cleaning products) were icing on the cake. There was even some food in the fridge for after our long drive. I didn’t want to check out and can’t wait to stay again!

Spotlessly clean on arrival. Ideal location. Uncluttered interior but everything we wanted. Only negative was the height of the mirrors, obviously fitted by a very tall man. Of more limited stature, I had to stand on tiptoe to shave! Would definitely hire again if going to Eastbourne.

We have spent yet another very enjoyable break at this immaculately clean, comfortable and warm house. We always feel at home here. It has everything you need and is in a perfect location for the Harbour, Eastbourne and beyond. Jason, the owner, provides a wealth of information about the property and surrounding area. Holiday Stay

Myself and my daughter had a great 2 week stay in this house. Best thing was the location, as only a 5 minute walk to the beach and even nicer the harbour waterside walk is a couple of minutes from the house. From this you follow the water for 10 minutes and you arrive at the harbour restaurants! Really nice little house with easy parking.

Lovely house near Eastbourne

We had a perfect stay at this immaculate house at Pevensey Harbour which had everything we needed. The communication was excellent - the property manager was very responsive and informative. The welcome pack with bubbly was a nice treat too!

Beautiful house, nice area

Property is very nice, modern and clean. Plenty of parking. Only downside was cars parked directly opposite the driveway, making it difficult to reverse in or out of driveway.

Clean and quiet

The communication was great. Only it was very bright very early in the morning as there were no curtains and just light blinds. And some more dishes for 5 people would have been great. The welcome present was very much apprechiated!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property ,it is a lovely house ,very clean and comfortable ,nice garden to relax in ,very central to most places ,and walking distance to the beach ,a walk round to soverign harbour is lovely Would definitly recommend it nice bars and restaurant to sit and relax .

Short break Eastbourne

Very clean. Nice welcome pack in fridge (milk,bread, Prosecco, butter, biscuits & orange juice). Very quiet location/neighbours. 10 min walk to marina restaurants. Good communication with owner. Easy check in & out. Would highly recommend.

Our Goodbye weekend

Sadly my sons and girlfriend's all had to get together for my mums funeral, so we booked this house so not to crowd out my Dad . It was such a lovely place to stay. We were able to relax together the night before and then spend the rest of the weekend together and go for walks and enjoy the local area, crazy golf etc. We used our slow cooker so we didn't have to spend ages cooking, but the kitchen is kitted out perfectly, real home from home . The house is beautifully furnished and we all loved the king size beds and large headboards. My son is looking to buy some like it. If you stay in this house you won't be disappointed. Also having parking for 4 cars is a bonus. We will definitely stay again when all the family are together . Thank you Jason for our stay, making a sad time feel like a mini holiday . We all loved our mini stay.
