“From walking in to the hotel and being greeted by a friendly, patient, and smiling face; to entering our very clean and fresh room, I was very comfortable. “This is a terrible property. My family and I had the worst experience. Bed bugs, no hot water, toilet clogged when we first got into the room. Toilet was very dirty. Ans the staff if very dismissive about complaints!!! We will never stay here again!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The property was difficult to find due to a lack of adequate signage, there was a person smoking right outside the front door and yelling at her phone. This created an unprofessional and unwelcoming first impression. A loud, continuously barking dog only added to the negative atmosphere. Although the innkeeper was polite, ongoing problems with the reservation system reflected poorly on the property’s management and organization....
