“Had a great experience here. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. Breakfast was decent and the pool area was nice. Would definitely come bacK!”

“The hotel was beautiful and spacious with lovely views. The staff was quirky. The bed was hard and the hot water didn’t really work. One thing to note is the road out there is rough and unpaved. We had one grab driver not be able to make it up and we had to walk in the dark. ”

“There are many choices in Sapa, better choose others. It located directly on the road, one side with the valley view, other is directly view to other hotel. However noisy both side. It not exactly same like in the pictures, remember, other side is look directly to other hotel's room.”

“Located at 2 minutes walking distance from the center of Sapa, it's not on the flat part of the city, just a easy and little hill to climb. Nice staff, big hall to use in case you have some waiting time. Bathroom and shower facility to use after your checkout.”

“Fansipan is a comfortable, older hotel with large rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast buffet and menu is delicious. The rooftop pool is warm and has great views. The pool deck furniture is mostly wood and does not have cushions, so bring something cushy to lay on. Great views of the mountains.”
