“great place”

“The room I reserved was described as 1 King, 1 Queen. The room I was given was 2 Queens. I brought this up to the staff on duty (Mark) who tried to find a room that matched my reservation. There was none. Mark said he would message his manager to request a refund for the difference in price between a deluxe 2 bedroom (that I reserved) and a standard (that they gave me). All the hotel offered was a $20 refund. The manager waited until my family checked out and left before attempting to reach out...

“Staff was very pleasant. I had to extend my stay due to the airline cancellation. Breakfast was really good. Lobby was really clean as well. I was surprised at how soft your towels were. I also bring my own but noticed that they were plush. I’d stay here again if I’m in Philadelphia ”

“Stayed a couple nights waiting to catch some concerts in the area. No issues. Shower faucets are a little low-pressure though.”

“This is a no-frills hotel, nice room, clean and comfortable. WiFi was stable and fast. Exercise room a bit outdated. Staff was below average, but the airport shuttle was quite efficient”
