Intera casa nel centro di Phoenix

Il mio posto è vicino a Children's Museum of Phoenix, Chase Field, Phoenix Convention Center, Pizzeria Bianco, Heritage Square, T-Gen e VALLEY BAR (tutti raggiungibili a piedi). La proprietà è anche perfettamente situata vicino a una grande autostrada (I-10) ea 7 minuti in auto dall'aeroporto. Amerai il mio posto per la posizione, lo spazio all'aperto, l'atmosfera, le persone. Il mio posto è buono per coppie, avventurieri solisti, viaggiatori d'affari, famiglie (con bambini) e grandi gruppi. La proprietà ha tre camere da letto e due bagni. Le camere da letto includono un re della California, due regine, un materasso gonfiabile queen-size e un futon a grandezza naturale.

We will try to stay here any time we're in Phoenix -- very comfortable, spacious, and well-kept home for the four of us. Excellent kitchen, bathrooms, and open living room; backyard is superb as well. Just a short 10min walk to downtown and ballpark, with even closer proximity to some exceptional restaurants.

The location was close to the Chase Field, the airport and ASU. We were there for a graduation and every place we wanted to go was within a few minutes away to 20 minutes away. It was fantastic. We needed batteries and it was brought later that day. No complaints. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of four.

The house was perfect, beds were comfortable, outdoors area was nice. The location was perfect to walk to the Convention Center and Chase Stadium. Traffic is crazy in Phoenix so it was nice that we could walk were we need to. Kim and Santigo were great hosts they answered every question I had very timely. I cannot think of one negative thing to say. If you need a place to stay in Phoenix this is the place it was also very close to the airport. Thank you so much.

Nice clean well appointed home. Bed was comfortable. Walking distance to Chase field. Everything you need ia provided and even extras like water and snacks. Would stay here again.

I felt like this place had plenty of space for us. It was in a good location for us to get around to many different areas that we had traveled. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Property is a clean, spacious, well stocked, comfortable home within walking distance of a very lively district with great restaurants and clubs. The stadiums for both the Arizona Diamondbacks and Phoenix Suns are next to each other in this same district. We caught one Suns game and golfed four other days. Fun time in the desert without the unbearable heat.

The stay was very nice. We had three in the group and everyone had their own bedroom. It was so nice that there was a plethora of comfortable furniture. We met up with some local friends, so comfortable furniture was important for relaxing. We attended an event at the convention center which was a short walk. The kitchen was well equipped and the mattresses were comfortable. We did not use the wifi, laundry, dishwasher or TVs, so I have no comment on these items. I recommend fixing the 2nd sink in the master bathroom, one was turned off, I am assuming from a past leak(?). There was a second sink in the same BA, so it was not a real issue for us. The master bath glass shower walls were were also very unstable looking. This was not an issue for our gp since we were all healthy adults; however this would not be safe for children or adults with mobility or balance issues. The alarm system I found a bit intimidating as we are not familiar to this home feature in our home lives. The electricity and light switches were also a bit wonky, but nothing that would be a comfort issue. I do recommend night lights in all of the bathrooms. Overall the place was clean and accommodating with plenty of room and a lovely backyard with seating.

We were in town for a conference at the convention center. With a Lime scooter I could go back and forth is just a few minutes. It was a great place to escape and relax.

The house was clean, spacious, beautiful. There were so many nice touches that were thought of by hosts-extra toothbrushes, shampoo, coffee, toilet paper, making it easy to settle in immediately. Convenient to conference center and museums downtown. Would definitely try to stay here again if I have another conference here.

I didn't have to contact the owners that often but when I did they responded quickly. The house was a great size for our family of four. The location was so close to many restaurants and things to do. We like how close it was to the children's museum. Definitely appreciative of how well stocked the kitchen was and even having kids plates and bowls and fresh fruit when we arrivedd was a nice touch. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit.
