“To be honest, the room I stayed was nothing special but it was good enough. The hotel has rooftop pool and free-breakfast is included. There are beautiful mature around the hotel. There is a English-speaking stuff and he looked after me well.”

“A lovely hotel, centrally located. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they arranged moped hire, an airport transfer and laundry for us. Breakfast was very tasty and cooked fresh, the vegetable pho and the banana pancakes were wonderful.”

The yoga was amazing and it was so convenient having breakfast there every AM, The staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met,., they truly want you to feel at home. “The whole Thuong Hai team was very welcoming and attentive and made our stay very pleasant. The room rate was wallet friendly and breakfast (different egg variations, pan cakes, bread, fresh fruit and coffee/tea) was included. The room was clean and spacious. Would book again 😊”

“Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience.”

“bathroom floor wasnt cleaned properly but manager had it taken care of within few minutes . location is within walking distance to other hotels and small bars. ”

“The rooms were big, spacious and clean. Breakfast was a good and basic. I enjoyed the banana pancakes. But I found the female owner wasn’t very friendly unless you booked tours with her. We hired bikes and grabs to get to the caves and points of interest. We didn’t join any tours, she stopped talking to us. The male owner was very pleasant and was lovely to deal with. ”

“No breakfast provided. Some problens with AN and plumbing but this was repaired quickly. good location across the river from old quarter. Easy and reliable grab access. Limited food nearby but one good place a fwe minutes walk. Price very good. There is no "view'. ”

“Awesome place to have a laid back stay in Phong Nha. We went in January and were the only ones in the hotel. Originally we had booked 2 bunks but when we arrived they put us in 2 private rooms. Not sure if it was a mixup or an upgrade but it was a nice change after a month sharing rooms. ”
