The owner, Mr. Giang, is a very friendly and nice person, and he showed us great flexibility and helped us a lot during our stay there. The rooms are spacious and light. The bathrooms are a bit worn down, but have the necessary facilities. Breakfast is simple but made fresh for you. We had a nice stay here thanks to the incredible hospitality of Mr. Giang and his team. ”

“The landlady was super nice helped us a lot for getting around town and suggestions on what to do. The property is absolutely gorgeous! Only downside is we reneged a motorbike but had no gas in it so we had to go to the station to buy some and it wasn’t included in the price. Other than that perfect ”

“Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience.”

“Our stay here was wonderful. Quiet, nice bed, you can use their bikes to explore. I can’t say enough about the staff. They got us breakfast early and told us we are welcome to use the shower when we were done with our trek. When we went outside by the pool to have a drink at night, they turned on all the string lights just for us. ”
