Ching the daughter is very efficient. Mother excellent cook. Pool is very big and surrounded by mountain was the real good thing. But to caves as well as to Hue was booked by them without any extra charge (unlike other hotels).”

The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience.”

“Just finished a nice stay at the Paradise Hotel. The hotel is well located in the area where all the action is. Huge choice of restaurants and shopping all around. Can easily walk to the riverfront or the Imperial Citadel. Bed was comfy. Has TV and AC. Bathroom small but decent. It was quiet. And all for an insanely low price by North American standards. Only wrinkle I had was that the Hotels.com says they have safe at the front desk for customers to use. The one desk girl doesn't speak good...

They got us breakfast early and told us we are welcome to use the shower when we were done with our trek. When we went outside by the pool to have a drink at night, they turned on all the string lights just for us. ”

“Awesome place to have a laid back stay in Phong Nha. We went in January and were the only ones in the hotel. Originally we had booked 2 bunks but when we arrived they put us in 2 private rooms. Not sure if it was a mixup or an upgrade but it was a nice change after a month sharing rooms. ”
