Bel soggiorno in un ottimo qualità - prezzo
È stata una piacevole sorpresa vedere come l'hotel vien ben gestito. La colazione inclusa è buona e abbondante, le camere (deluxe) sono pulite e confortevoli. In generale un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. I proprietari sono italiani ed è stato un piacere conoscerli,persone disponibili a suggerire mete posti o dare consigli sul luogo.piscina sul tetto con vista carina e rilassante.

Picture is not what you have, picture probably from 10-15 years. Very hard bed almost impossible to sleep. Old furniture. Shower water goes directly on the toilet seat.

Nicht das schönste Hotel aber wie die anderen Hotels die günstig sind okay sauber Zimmer super mit Fernseher aber nur Thai Fernseher ein deutscher Sender gibt es Deutsche Welle

Jättefina rum "Delux rummen" Enklare frukost ingår, daglig städning. Mycket valuta för pengarna. Det ände som drar ner på betyget är att det är smutsigt vid poolområdet. Det behöver skuras ordentligt på golvet. Städas upp och ställas i ordning.

Really lovely staff and owner! I didnt use the cleaners as im a tidy guy but room was clean when i got here and the cleaning staff and the lady at the restaurant are so nice and friendly! Happy to come back again!

Nice and clean room, fantastic restaurant staff
Very nice quiet little hotel a five minute walk from Bangla. Pool on the roof is small but not very busy, a lot of time I had it all to myself which was very nice. I felt very safe as a female solo traveler. Rooms toward the street slightly more noisy than if your room is toward the alleyway, but overall calm and quiet. Internet was good enough so that I could work remotely. Staff in the restaurant on ground floor was super nice, made me feel very well taken care of. They didn’t mind if I brought my laptop and worked off their slightly better WiFi either which I appreciated.

Der Tresor konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Der Chef wollte es machen, hat aber die ganze Woche nichts gemacht. Das Pool sieht auf den Foto wirklich gut aus. Aber da will man nicht wirklich baden. Alles ziemlich schmutzig. Es ist gar nicht einladend. wir waren nicht in Pool Baden. Schade. Da gäbe es noch viel potenzial das man ausschöpfen könnte.

It's a difficult review for me.....I had just come from a quiet town, and a 4* hotel.......this was neither of them. It's a busy, noisy city......but that's not a bad thing. The hotel was adequate. Was clean enough, staff were nice. Food was good. Hotel isn't brand new so looks it's age a little......but, I can't fault it. All staff are friendly and willing to help!

Staff was friendly. Ok for price and location for short walks to bazaan market and bangla and beach. They did clean well. The downsides- 1- beds are very hard And older stained sheets. But very big beds 2- bathroom was tiny, so showering whole bathroom gets wet. 3- patio door doesn’t lock 4- small bugs in bathroom or floors from time to time. 5-pool area was dirty and not kept up on. Only reason I switched to this hotel was for pool… looked nothing like photos. Old in shambles… would’ve been easy for staff to keep that area clean and organized. 5- elevator not working but I knew that so was ok with it.

The young new resevation counter staff very poor work attitute. I wish him good morning. He did not reply. Never smile. After he check, paid him deposit. He just put the key on on the counter table and sit down. Never said welcome & how to our room. Still Never smile. Sour face. The worst resevation counter staff.

Syntes generalt at Hallo Patong Hotel & Restaurant var godt til prisen. i sær restauranten var jeg/vi rigtigt glade for. der var et par dage hvor wifi ikke virkede og dækkede lidt dårligt fra vores værelse. men efter det blev lavet var det okay. syntes det var rigtigt billigt i forhold til andre Hoteller i samme klasse. det var godt nok et ældre hotel men i det store hele var det godt og billigt

Not staying again.
Everyone at hotel was fantastic, except young boy at checkout. I gave him his hotel key back and he refused to give me my 500 baht back because I didn’t have receipt. It was on the counter of my room and when maids cleaned it was probably thrown away accidentally. It’s not the 500 baht that matters to me. It’s the principle of I gave 500 baht for a key deposit and when I checked out, I gave him the key back and he refused to give me the money back. I will not be staying there again. Up until then, I enjoyed it, but I refuse to accept this type of behavior.

We will return the deposit or must be the owner of the reservation to sign for the deposit refund. Hotel had nothing to do with the photo they showed on the website the rooms were disgusting were in a different building where we had to cross the bridge so I cancelled my stay after I saw the real conditions so do not advise anyone to stay here They need to change their photos on their website

Friendly staff clean room but needs renovating
Good friendly staff, room was large and tidy however I was not happy with the bathroom it used to get flooded when I took a shower. The plumbing needs to be fixed.

Who wants to stay near Jungceylon in budget, it is good for them. If proper ventilation added in toilets then it would be one of the best in Patong
