Hotel a Phulera

“This is a lovely hotel with a great rooftop bar and restaurant on the ground floor. The food offering could be better with attention paid to details (eg local jams etc at breakfast not generic plastic packets). All the staff are lovely though the front desk were slow and we had some problems with miscommunication over booked transport but they sorted it in the end!”

“We stayed there frpm Dec. 22 through 26 for the MNIT 1974-79 Golden Jubilee celebration. The place was very clean, all amenities were clean. Great food in the Topaz restaurant that was included with the suites rent. Overall, the resort staff were very attentive, polite and always smiling. Staff Manager Mohit and all his assistants did a great job. Whenever we needed anything in our suite, they provided them immediately.We recoomend that the resort management give the staff a good pay raise ”

“We 3 couples from USA traveled to Jaipur for a wedding at the Hyatt Regency hotel close by and reached a day earlier to explore the city. As our Hyatt reservation was not until the next day we booked this hotel. We were not expecting a lot for the price but we were surprised by the cleanliness and great customer service. “The staff were very off, there was no warm greeting when we arrived. We were called each morning about breakfast when we were there for a break not ti be disturbed with calls. We were so deflated by the place we checked out two days earlier ”

“Much better than I expected under this hotel room fee. Metro station is about 3-4 km away, which makes me easier to take Metro to the Wind Palace, train and bus central station... almost without cost(25 INR)”
