“My experience at Kim resort was anything but smooth. Hieu and Thuy were great and had I dealt with then from start to finish, i would have likely given this a 5 star rating, but Hong is the reason why this review will only get 3 stars. Here is the story: Upon arrival for checking in, i was advised by the receptionist on duty (named Hong) that I would need to pay more for the 3 kids that accompanied me and the family to the resort. “I was impressed plenty of room to move around, without feeling cramped. However, the room layout felt a bit awkward which made it slightly convenient. ”

“A friendly and healing environment with friendly service, well designed structure, lovely little thing such as natural shampoo. However triple bed room, as my personal idea is a little bit small. In general, everything is enough for warm family vacation.”

“Breakfast was limited and they had no menu, and the staff English proficiency level was not the highest. Water pressure was extremely low late at night and location was not near the night market, which was the most happening place at night in Dalat. “Instead of this villa we stayed at a smaller villa because apparently the Phu Luc was already reserved. The other villa was in a good location and still comfortable, however it would have been nice to have stayed at the larger location that I paid for. I'm not really sure what the price difference would have been. But totally not a cool experience.”
