“There are no amenities no pool no rooftop terrace the breakfast option is terrible we stayed for over a month and they never opened the buffet system it is there for show only . Apart from breakfast and no amenities at all this is a beautiful place and the best location in NHA Trang”

“Beach very close. Lots of shops and food establishments near Elevator major drawback as some wait times were over 20 min. Be aware that penalties are high for not using stove hood fan which are pull out (no instruction) check-in and check-out very long lines ”

“I had a wonderful experience at Potique Hotel. The staff was welcoming, especially Victor from the time I walked in the door. The spa had an extensive menu to choose from, and the gym, though still fairly small, had enough equipment to allow for some of my better workouts while traveling. The buffet breakfast was also great quality. Highly recommend staying here!”

“Der Aufenthalt im The Empyrean Hotel war insgesamt eher enttäuschend. Die Zimmer entsprechen meiner Meinung nach höchstens einem 3-Sterne-Standard und wirken nicht besonders hochwertig oder modern. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer kühlt leider nur minimal, sodass Getränke kaum richtig kalt werden. Besonders störend war außerdem der Safe: Dieser funktionierte ständig nicht richtig, sodass man mehrfach jemanden rufen musste, der ihn wieder öffnet oder zurücksetzt. Auch die Temperaturen im Hotel waren...
