"The room was very clean, which we really appreciated. The staff was also very kind and welcoming, although at times the service did not quite feel at the level you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The property itself seems to have great potential, but some areas could use a bit more attention and maintenance. For example, near the main entrance there was a section under repair covered with plastic and tape, which affected the first impression a little. The breakfast offered both sweet and savory options, but overall it felt somewhat limited compared to other 5-star experiences. The gym equipment also appeared to need better maintenance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but with a few improvements the hotel could truly match its full potential."
