“A lovely Charming home with lots of character. The history is well explained by the hosts. The bed was comfortable and the room was well laid out with lovely amenities. It is stairs only so do be prepared for that. Lovely continental breakfast served in the morning”

“It’s a shame that this inn lacks investment and renovation. The owner works hard and tries her best but the establishment is in need of modernization. Musty smell from the old carpets, old bathrooms and badly locking doors. I felt that I didn’t get value for money compared to the other inns and bed & breakfasts we stayed in during our time in Nova Scotia. This was probably the most expensive but the least value. “Location was pretty on the cliffside and was very convienent to the PEI ferry, it happened to be a lovely sunny afternoon so enjoyed sitting outside on the lawn. Ther were a couple of minor issues that was explained but no offer of compensation; plastic and paper cups; over the top room freshener and an envelope with 'gratutity' left on the microwave...havent seen that before and it didnt sit well.”
