“The hot tub was not hot enough. There was some laundry items left from a previous guest tucked in between the mattress and wall. The soap dispenser was not completely attached in the shower. Very loose. We loved the fire it and smores and the bowling”

“I would defintely stay here again. The checkin was smooth and the young lady was so nice. The room was very nice but dont think i want to be next to the elevator again...very noisy,like a bomb going off,when in use but great room. Loved the balcony the lil river was my favorite. The room ws set up nice had a coffee pot so i was happy. The housekeper was spot on in keeping the room cleaned. She was super nice to. The young man at check out was good. I would stay again. We were there Saturday...

“Wonderful customer service; full self serve breakfast; great choices for everyone; only complaint was the pool area small for such a large hotel and the chlorine was so strong it burned my eyes. The room was great! Very clean and felt just like home. The water pressure for the shower was great! I say that because it’s very hard to find good water pressure in hotels. I would most definitely stay here again!”

“Upon arrival, we discovered our original condo we had booked had not been cleaned. I contacted hosts, and they offered an upgraded condo in the same complex. Hosts were very apologetic and gracious. Would definitely use them again. ”
