We were there during a very slow period and definitely between seasons, this is what made the stay odd for us. There are only 14 units at the location which makes it very nice and definitely less crowded than other stays we have had. “Not bad, not great. Very budget friendly, functional, newer property. Very quiet. Convenient to lots of attractions and Ripken. Has a small pool. It’s well maintained and common areas are clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was fine but also budget friendly and functional. My main issue was housekeeping. I stayed for 6 days and when I left there were still several coffee cups from days prior. The floor when I arrived was dirty - featuring a fake fingernail in between the beds. It was still there...
