“The host prepared very well. An amazing amount of things that we might need to know (although not our first rodeo on VRBO/ARB places) were clearly (and nicely) labeled. A LOT of help to figure things out, although a lot that would seem obvious. The house met or exceeded our expectations. It was more ADA friendly than we planned for. The floorpan was great to expand into. We were VERY please.”

“Upon first viewing images of this property I couldn't believe how nice this place looked in the profile. On the day of arrival this place was as described and more. We stayed the weekend for a basketball tournament and our boys and other parents were grateful having stayed here than a cookie cutter hotel room. Location - convenient to ALL you need. Host - friendly, responsive and top notch. If needed to stay longer, I couldn't imagine wanting to find any other place to stay. Keep it up and...

“There was no place to empty our trash. I was accused of throwing a party, which was not true. I was yelled at and cursed out by the owner. I was called all types of names. We cleaned up and left the property as it was when we entered. Very uncomfortable experience”

“Check in process was easy, unfortunately unless you’re planning on bathing in the pool outside it’s not a comfortable stay. The water in the home only stays hot for about 3 minutes until it goes cold. Informed the owner and was told “thanks for the info please monitor it”. Most of my family chose not to shower while we were there. Couldn’t even finish washing the dishes before the water got cold. And the pictures are not updated for what the home currently looks like. ”

“This property was excellent for our needs. 4 bedrooms for 4 golfers on a golf trip. It's on a nice, quiet cul-de-sac in a quality community.
