Hotel a Pilot Hill

“Clean room, nice staff, older building but nice interior.”

“Ok stay, but neighbor next door was loud upon arrival and for a while into the night.”

“The floor of our room was sticky. Very pet friendly. Breakfast buffet was not stocked well, specifically they were out of coffee the first day and out of hot water the next. To be fair, once I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, they alerted the breakfast crew and they remedied the problem. ”

“What a pleasant surprise! We had a group of 8 golfers and we were looking for somewhere near Auburn for a golf tournament and extra rounds that had good reviews and wasn’t ridiculously priced and this place was great. Rooms were renovated, clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and cute retro feel. “Everything was clean. The Staff is very nice and helpful. I do wish that they would bring back the in room coffee pots. Coffee was available in the lobby from 6am- 10am. All in all I was happy with my stay. I was surprised that all the rooms are indoors, not a typical Motel 6.👍”

“Repair work is need in the room that I stayed in, the toilet seat was loose and needs to be replaced. The body wash soap contain was completely empty. Hair was in the tub and the floor under the night stand was dirty. ”

“Smelled of cigarettes. I found a cigarette butt under my bed. The floor was yucky. There was no waste basket. Electric outlets did not work properly. The cooling unit did not work properly. The bathtub was clean and I did enjoy a bath.”

“A great facility. Clean and rooms are spacious. Parking is very easy. The staff was always available and helpful. We will be back.”
