“What a beautiful gem in downtown Bay City. We were so delighted to find this. No offensive to the local hotels but this is 10 times better than the local accommodations. Our host had fantastic communications and the instructions were clear and access to the apartment was easy. The accommodations were amazing, clean and the tidy. This place is centrally located, within walking distance to the friendship shell, the planetarium and restaurants. The next time we are back in Bay city visiting family...

“The Property Manager contacted me close to check in time letting me know that i was being moved from a studio to a 1BR due to issue in studio. The 1BR was an upgrade at no extra charge. There were some issues with the 1BR which I have already relayed to the manager and will hopefully be fixed before next guest. Location was on a busy street. I stayed on a Friday night so alot of car/motorcycle noise. Not properties fault- i didn't know the area. LR and DR furniture was very limited and not...
