“Disappointed to have only 2 coffee sachets supplied - my friend & I both elderly & find it hard to negotiate stairs so going down to office for more not an easy option. Would be great if info about nearby food options supplied eg. It was only in daylight we realised there was a NW supermarket across the road. ”

“The hotel was nice, but nothing wow factor. Room was clean and very spacious - bed was great but overall room was a tad outdated in appliances etc. Had issue with get lights on - receptionist was average but did get lights on. She was efficient but not friendly. Location was perfect for what I required, parking was good. ”

“Staff were helpful with a late check in. 95% clean and tidy. Unplugged the noisy bar fridge and the shower connection to the wall does not have long for this world, other than that no complaints. ”

“Never saw any staff, only talked by phone which was weird as it was during business hours. Parking was easy. The room was ok but not super clean, although the beds were comfortable. But the price was right for being not too far from the airport.”
