Hotel vicino a Pine Island - West Monroe

“It's rare to find a US chain hotel this clean! I'm a total clean freak and usually travel with my own bedding, pillows, towels, and disinfectant wipes because hotel cleanliness is so hit or miss. But I felt completely comfortable here and got a great night's sleep.”

“The hotel is extremely clean. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. I did not use the gym but there seems to be adequate equipment and was clean as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. ”

“Absolutely worst motel I’ve ver booked, my husband and I did not even stay 10 minutes in that room because of how filthy and disgusting it was. As soon as we parked we noticed a lot of activity going on in the parking lot, lots of people walking around, very loud, so safety was already a concern at that point. We then go up to the room, as soon as we get the door open a ROACH runs right across the door. first thing I always do when staying at a hotel is inspect the beds, floor, restrooms etc....

“My only gripe would be they don't answer the phone at all at the front desk. I was trying to call before check-in to let them know my wife would be checking in and not me. Also see if they had a room ready for early check-in but they kept picking up and hanging up in my face or transferring me to nothing. They even did it to Hilton Representative because I call them to help me and they call the property several times and even they couldn't get through. Other than that and a few missing towels in...

“Breakfast was good not well stocked due to person on duty being on phone and rolled her eyes at me when asked if she could refresh the replenished stock...date of checkout is 5-25,26.”

“After hours staff was extremely helpful. I was able to check in very late with no problems. Room wasn’t super clean, there were old stains in the bathroom and the AC was leaking.”

“Comfort Inn at nearly $600 for three nights seemed to be the best deal looking at the pictures online. The hotel wasn't a dump, but it was less than average. The place needs to be updated. The bottom of our door was a big space where you can tell when people were walking by and could easily hear our conversation. The bathroom was small a portion of the lower wall was rotted. Stayed three nights and not once did we receive room service. The iron did not work and neither did the charging stations...

“Staff was friendly, rooms were very bare basics but clean. No amenities to speak of, not even a blow dryer in the room. Flooring was done through-out motel, but so many other things needing upgrades. If you don't plan on spending a lot of time at the motel, only to sleep then leave, probably worth the money. One nice thing, our room was cleaned daily.”

“Parking safe, Need warning of step down to bathroom, no closet rods, no towel holders, Refrigerator leaked water onto floor, ineffective security lock on door shades taped to wall to prevent sun in. Sitting area in photo not available, no coffee or amenities available. Beds comfortable.”
