“Lack of coffee and apathy of staff ”

“The room was nice, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Our only (minor) complaint was that we had a bit of trouble maintaining a comfortable temperature in the room. Otherwise, a wonderful stay!”

“The first bedroom I entered was poorly lit and a bit shabby, but tolerable. However, the tub and shower area of the bathroom was shockingly unclean with built-up soap scum, dirt from feet, and possibly mold. The light switch was cracked and stained, and the tissue dispenser in the wall was rusty. The walls apparently used to have wallpaper and the residual wallpaper paste was never removed. They were crudely painted over, making the rough patches look like mold. There were holes in the closet...

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". Migliorare il servizio”

“This was a lovely stay Many improvements were made si ce we stayed last year. Breakfast was better, the shower is fabulous, and the beds are comfortable. Staff was very helpful.and prompt.”

“Parking was great. Ac/Heat worked well but was noisy. A lot of broken little things - light switch covers, door knobs, tables. Bed was comfortable, and the furniture seems relatively new. Never once saw an employee at the front desk. Check in was done over the phone. Asking for more towels couldn't be handled at the desk - had to call. Check out? You guessed it, no one there, had to ring a bell and wait. That all said. The room was comfortable, relatively quiet, clean, and inexpensive. ”

Grazie all’operatore di hotel.com che ha chiamato la receptionist dopo un bel po’ si è affacciata dalla terrazza vestita col pigiama e la vestaglia e ha chiesto se dovevamo fare il check in. È scesa e ci ha dato la chiave. Poi ha chiuso di nuovo l’hotel ed è ritornata in camera. Le porte delle camere danno sull’esterno. La chiave non funzionava.
