“This hotel is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I was given a room different from what I booked and still charged more. After only a few nights, my body was covered in bedbug bites, and the mattress showed clear signs of infestation and poor hygiene. I had to change rooms, and the replacement room was barely functional. The worst part: after checkout, I left three bags at reception to collect later, and two were stolen. “The breakfast menu was very good except for one item...the choices of cereal. Two of the 3 were full of sugar! Like lucky charms, etc. Usually there is raisin bran, corn flakes and something like the cheerios. Very disappointed since I like cereal in the morning.
