Hotel a Piney View

“ROACHES! We arrived around 1:00 AM after traveling for about eight hours. At check-in, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked due to an overbooking issue. The front desk staff offered us a room with a door that was jammed and would not open or close properly. Because it was very late and we were exhausted, we accepted the room. Shortly after entering, we noticed small bugs in the sink and shower area. At the time, we were unfamiliar with what they were and did not immediately realize...

“The breakfast was very good... closed at 9 which is early. The room had a big stain on the floor. Could use a good cleaning. Dirt dust attached to popcorn ceiling... needs a good cleaning. Bathroom was clean”

“AC unit is pretty loud but cools. Mattresses are pretty worn and lumpy. Otherwise, a decent experience. ”

“Honestly, I couldn't do better for the price. The room was clean, and that was all I needed. I think the pool was out of service while I was there but that didn’t affect my experience at all. The girl at the front desk was very helpful in recommending places to eat.”

“The hotel and room were fine for a quick overnight stay as we were passing through. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy as we stopped at a gas station a minute away from the hotel and the attendant was obviously high and there were people loitering around that were under the influence of something. Would not stay in the area again.”

“We loved our stay in the Kaymoore cabin at adventures on the gorge. A staff member texted us earlier in the day to let us know our cabin was ready and had a plan in place for our late arrival which worked seamlessly. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. I loved the fact that there was a separate living room and bedroom area because I am always up earlier than my husband and that gave me a place to go and watch TV without interrupting his sleep. We came in early...

“I booked two rooms. In The first one was missing one of the blackout curtain and in the second one had ants. Also in the inside swimming pool were ants. The beds were ok and so the breakfast. ”
