“Room was dirty and had dark hairs all over like the curly ones. Breakfast was a joke. Staff was friendly but a little odd. You get what you pay for kinda place.”

“buona la posizione, vicina alla fermata bart, safeway, autostrada. parcheggio sotto l’hotel gratuito. ci sono alcune cose che andrebbero migliorate, quali la colazione troppo esigua, le finiture quali gli infissi e la porta del bagno. per il resto abbastanza nuovi i mobili ed il letto, pulita la camera, buono il set di asciugamani, i saponi, la tv. personale cortese e sorridente.”

“The lampshade was broken in a few places wouldn’t stay upright. The bedspread had a stain and was torn. There were many flies in the room. Dead roaches on the floor. TV had to be turned on by staff, if turned off then on again no reception. Towels very small, no bath size towels. Bed had sheet but no mattress cover, uncomfy. Room smelled like smoke even though I requested non smoking. Nothing was maintained-all very low standard. Did have frig & microwave I didn’t try or use.”

“This is a fairly new, smallish hotel. The room and beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff, if I remember correctly, cleaned the room every other day, which was fine for us. The room with 2 queen beds is long and narrow, with a useful seating area at one end but not much storage, and a bit of a tight squeeze between the bed and the desk. Bathroom is nice and clean. Our only complaint was the trifecta of noise generators in our room - the wall A/C, an auxiliary A/C unit and the loudest small fridge we have ever encountered. But the shower was great, the bed was very comfortable.”

When I talked to AJ (front desk) he said “sorry I had to cancel your reservation because I have only one housekeeper today”.
