“Iam a cleaner by trade i just pointed out some missed spots in the room that had not been cleaned i.e top of shower head dust and skin, and shower drain was caked in mold, there was also thick layer of dust around circular light feature and dust on top of bed frame. Other then that pleasent stay”

“Poorly managed property - they'll be in touch like clockwork to get your security deposit payment then don't deliver details of how to pickup keys come check-in time. After a few call attempts they blamed it on the cleaner "forgetting" to put the key in the lock box. We were greeted with dirty dishes from the last guest and our request for a 3rd bed not fulfilled. They told me that I forgot to put that request into them... funny considering I have it clearly noted on their confirmation email...

“Called reception before staying as I wanted to clarify the room size ( the Expedia site said 3m sq) - no answer and no call back. I booked anyway. Reception staff member was fine, however the room was not. Dining table sticky with something - lucky I had antiseptic wipes. The bathroom had glue stuck to the floor in multiple areas and the toilet had yellow residue around the rim and a broken toilet seat. “This was a completely random find by us. These villas are part of a cooking school, but we were just there for the room. This was the most beautiful villa we've ever stayed at. It was beautiful, stunning architecture, beautifully furnished, it had an amazing complete designer kitchen which we didn't use, but which would be handy for longer stays, and it was not all that expensive. “ Overall, the property was excellent but was let down by the lack of TV reception. Given that our visit was for the Gather Round Football, our plan was to watch many of the games on TV. However, that was not possible because of there being no satellite connection because of the cloud cover. It was a major disappointment and as a result we had very little leisure time at the property. The property is advertised as family accommodation, so the TV coverage issues need to be rectified.”

“Check-in veloce, ragazza molto professionale e cortese, camera ampia, letto comodo. Parcheggio davanti all'ingresso. La colazione compresa nella prenotazione permette di scegliere una bevanda (the, caffè, cappuccino...) e un'omelette (enorme). Forse mancava solo un succo. L'hotel mostra i suoi anni come design, ma è tenuto bene ed è stato un ottimo soggiorno.”

“Off grid cabin / eco tiny home in a scenic area in the hills above Hahndorf. The property had 8 cabins which were really well spaced out giving a feeling of privacy and the area had many birds and kangaroos. Well laid out cabin with thoughtful additions from the host such as kindle/firefighter and matches for the koonara. A lovely stay, highly recommend.”
