“This is definitely a seasonal hotel as they don't have an indoor pool. Although the outdoor pool is heated, we were still cold getting out of the pool going to our room. The staff was excellent and very helpful. However like most cleaning staff at any hotel, they don't pay attention to detail as they are trying to turn over rooms quickly. Our ironing board was visibly broken as it only had one leg. And both hair dryers were not available for use; one was broken and one had additional items in...

“Outside pools were freezing. No towels in sight the first day. Slight grittiness to the room’s floor. Our feet were dirty a lot just from walking around. We wore shoes inside. One of the ladies at the desk was very nice. The bar/restaurant food was delicious. ”

“Front desk staff were not friendly, when we arrived in the room and try taking shower didn’t shampoo. Requested front desk and took about more than two hours to get them and I was late for my appointment. Next day when they cleaned the room didn’t leave the coffee cups. Also had to request extra towels and they brought next morning on the check out day. Requested for and late check out for an hour they absolutely denied it, I was asking for one hour late check out.”

“It was ocean front and for two days the price wasn't bad. I wouldn't leave anything valuable in the rooms though because twice in 1 day staff members just popped up and opened the door. It gave the feeling that they were trying to steal but we happened to be in the room so nothing happened. When the man came to the door he said, I was just checking the doors to be sure they're closed properly. Then when the cleaning lady came, she tapped twice, very low at that, then just opened up the door...

“Quick over night trip to be close to the airport. Nice clean room right on the beach. Tried the restaurant and food/service was great. I’d definitely stay again.”

“Awesome ac ! No ocean view in room 109 just a short walk in the back of the property. Staff here has been super nice!”

“Old, tired property tah is well maintained in a cleanly condition. Minimal artwork, etc. Electric door lock requires 10 digits done firmly in a very short period of time. It took about 6 tries to get into the room. Staff was excedingly friendly.”

“If i'm being 100% honest, for the price, wasnt bad. I was expecting worse. Room was clean and critter free, staff were actively cleaning. I missed the memo about pets being allowed but didnt affect my stay. There were some downsides like some loose panels in the bathroom and one that had a rusty nail behind it. The water pressure is quite low and not very hot. Parking is solid. No issues there. Property is definitely a mixed bag. ”
