“Appreciated the early morning breakfast bag hung at our door. Enjoyed the resort - very clean and decorations were so nice. ”

“the staff was great but what threw us off was the fact that the sheets weren’t changed. they had a stain, a couple of hairs sitting on the bed and pillow. The mirror near the cooler and microwave was stained as well. and inside the fridge was someone’s lefts over frozen in place. the bathroom? gross. didn’t even try sweeping it or cleaning the sink. We had to clean it ourselves with wipes. the toilet as well. nothing was done for cleaning. Just re-folded it and called it a day. Very...

“The price was reasonable and staff were helpful and friendly. The room had a smell to it and there was lint on the bathroom floor. The room didn’t have full curtains, only a sheer. The room faced a parking lot where at least one person would just sit in there car parked so didn’t feel comfortable with that since they could possibly see into the room.”

“This place was horrible on getting to the front door there were a few men hanging out, on the first night the bed sheets had nasty stains. My husband was bitten upon checking it was by BED BUGS management pretended not to know! They gave us a full refund and asked us not to put a negative review 🙃 ”

“Loved the room, my daughter loved breakfast every day, we found bed to be too soft and pillows way too soft. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Overall we had a great stay!”

“I booked a king room and was given a queen handicapped accessible. When i complained, i was told there were no other rooms available. The room was awkward and thw beds small”

“Very convenient located, good parking. Room was very clean. Bed was soft and comfortable. Nothing special on the breakfast but clean, variety and proper temperature.”

“The hotel is right by the highway, that was the main reason my husband and I picked this hotel. The hotel was very clean, the mattress and the pillows were very comfortable. After hours driving on the road, we actually slept good with the comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. We especially loved the yogurt 😋 we definitely will come back to this hotel again.”

“The property was clean and modern with free coffee/tea/hot cocoa 24hrs. The front desk staff were polite and lovely. The room was spacious and clean with essentials and extras. Bed was so comfy! The breakfast was the a wonderful surprise; amazing quality and variety of food, clean, fresh & delicious.”
