“I stayed at this hotel for the Oasis concert. The welcome was perfect. The lobby was decorated for the occasion with a small welcome buffet and themed gadgets. The staff was kind and the rooms were comfortable. I’ll take with me a beautiful memory of Newport”

“Rooms are small but very clean and adequate. Cooked us pizza so we could watch the football and fridge full of beer. Didn’t rip you off with the price. Breakfast was ok and again did not rip you off but with the price. Harvester just up the road beer and food. 40%off.”

“Decent room and staff”

“Property needs updating carpets and bathroom grubby. Coffee and tea facility not adequately catered for. Staff very helpful. Beds comfortable. Was a bit noisy. Spa and gym good. Was great value for money. Breakfast was good.”

“Staff were great and breakfast was very good. Various little maintenance issues with the room (safe didn't work, various lights not working, mixer tap faulty so no cold water available). If the maintenance were sorted it would easily be rated excellent as the staff were great.”

“A good spacious apartment with easy access for parking, excellent bed, TV and shower. Apartment would really benefit from a freezer section in the fridge, oven (or microwave which you can use as an oven) and more utensils (decent sharp knife, tin opener, kitchen towel, bin bags etc) but overall very good. I've stayed here before in a different, better equipped apartment and would definitely recommend it. Check in is very quick and easy and the parking is super convenient. Thanks for a good stay.”

“Good spacious one bedroom apartment. Booked for 2 adults and 1 child, but not clear that no bed or sofabed is provided for the 3rd person. Mattress and bedding can be provided for additional fee. Early check in subject to availability. No messages responded to via hotel.com messaging service however when rang apartments directly the member of staff was extremely helpful. Very central and car parking is in multi-storey car park immediately behind apartments for eight pounds for 24hrs and can be...

“My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up.”

“La collocazione è perfetta, con una passeggiata in un verso si arriva in centro, nel verso opposto al Newport Transporter Bridge. La struttura è nuova, pulita, sicura. Mi è stato gentilmente concesso il check in anticipato, cosa che non tutti fanno! L'unico aspetto che rivedrei sono le pulizie: bisognerebbe che le stanze venissero rifatte, se non proprio quotidianamente almeno ogni 2 GG...per brevi soggiorni ok, per quelli un po' più lunghi inizia ad essere un disagio! Per il resto perfetto!”
