“I was travelling solo so I was very picky with choosing a place to stay. I am so happy that I chose Granville House B&B. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Randy. The place and room was clean and nicely decorated. Randy was very helpful with information and places to see and visit. My room was amazing. I had everything I needed and more. “We made a last minute booking and were so happy with our choice. Great location, walking distance to explore Mount Pleasant or walk or take the Skytrain to downtown Vancouver. Excellent cooked to order breakfast. Room was clean and quiet, with a great shower. No a/c, but there was a good fan. Will definitely stay again.”

“This is a difficult review to write as the host could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The accommodations were clean but run down and spartan at best. We booked this property as it was near to the airport and we had an early flight the following morning - this was really the only redeeming thing about the property and it’s location. Had the nightly rate been $100 or so I would be writing a completely different review but $460 for barely passable is immoral. Again, the host was...
