Hotel a Pittsfield

“I have stayed there more than once and plan to return again! Great people, most accommodating right down to the room cleaning service, the sweetest couple who keep the rooms immaculately clean and well stocked with clean linens and bathroom supplies!!! The view of the lake is out of this world and my granddaughter loved the sandy beach the owner so graciously provides for his guests!!! Just a wonderful experience and I recommend anyone who wants top notch accommodations, book a room here!!!”

“It’s very cool. It’s small though just fyi, two people bump into each other, that isn’t a defect, just make sure you go with someone you like. The shower is nice, multiple settings for the shower heat, nice hot water. The mattress is firm, very big bed. Parking right out front. Camp Fire, there’s a grill already there. Cabinet space, the fridge is small but works well. Bring your own ice. Overall a very unique experience.”

“Casa coloniale del 1880, conserva lo stile e l'eleganza del tempo. Bellissima la camera, enorme e con un letto king size ultra comodo. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Ottima posizione per visitare le White Mountains e la regione dei laghi.”

“Staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the exterior doors didn’t lock, and back entrance could have used some love. The shower was hard to operate and on our second day we couldn’t get the hot water to work.”

“Great classic hotel, with friendly/helpful staff. Would stay again for sure. Minor issues: there were a couple of spots of dark mold in the corner of the walk-in shower. A bit of bleach, etc, could take care of that. Also, the furniture on our balcony was covered in a thick layer of dust/pollen. We asked that someone vacuum it and someone on staff told the front desk that they'd done it, but the balcony was never touched.”

“The Inn is very special and we definitely enjoyed staying in there. Although we did not have a chance to meet them in person, the host have been very responsive to our enquiries during our stay. There are some flaws which could be easily be corrected. The freshness of the breakfast food should be better monitored and the room does not have a hair dryer. May be also a good idea to have the small kitchen on the same floor as the dining tables.”

“Advertisement was misleading. These are small cottages, which are not soundproof as advertised and the unit we were in did not have a view anything like what was pictured in the room that was selected. It also states a 24 hour front desk which was not the case. There were issues with things not working properly in the unit.”

“The moquette haven't a good smell”

“The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room.”
