“Bathroom could have been cleaner. Staff was not available for a long time when I arrived. Overall 2-3 star experience ”

“I would never stay at this property again. Although the staff was generally friendly, and most areas are clean, there is a cockroach problem that needs to be dealt with. Note: I’ve been licensed in the industry for many years so I know what I viewed. I was able to maintain a secure area during my stay, but had to keep almost everything in my vehicle. Anything in the room was kept in containers. Note: I paid in advance on Expedia, or would have left early. I’ll never risk it again.”

“Dirty noisy you have to was your own towels. No breakfast. Coffee sucks. Key card kept messing up had to keep getting it fixed. Smells like smoke in the entire hotel. Stair well full of people. Lots of traffic in and out of the hotel.”

“The shower had black mold in the grout so that was a no go. The room had a mildew/moldy smell that someone tried to cover with incense. The “free breakfast” didn’t exist and the place as a whole smelled of weed, incense, and mold. Do not waste your money here truly it is disappointment after disappointment.”

“Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing overall. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the EV charging stations, but the charger needed for my vehicle was broken and unusable, which created a major inconvenience. When I asked about the broken charger they said it had been that way for quite some time. The bar service was also very poor. Staff seemed inattentive, service was slow, and the overall experience felt disorganized. On top of that, the hotel decor is undergoing a...

“Good place”

“Everything was wonderful but the pool was unfortunately dirty when we arrived on Friday afternoon, I believe they were cleaning it on Saturday but we were only there one night. The breakfast was fenomenal! Great kitchen staff and waiter!”

“Ive stayed at this property numerous times over the past 10-12 years, 3 different brands, and I will say the property is run down, roach infested over-priced accomodations. Pay a few more $, pass this place.”

“This was my second stay, and I’m glad I came back. Rating it 5 stars on this trip. I feel like the room was extremely clean compared to last time. I would still love a full length mirror in the room ;) but not a deal breaker. Excellent perks too for Expedia members with status.”
