“This hotel felt like a motel vibe. My room smelled like three packs of cigarettes. It was very dirty and gritty. The manager was nice enough to put me in a new room. That was a lot better but the shower drained did not work. The breakfast sausage was raw. I didn’t notice someone from housekeeping mopping the tile floors. But the rooms definitely need more attention.”

“There was no hot water at all in the hotel. The fire alarm went off at 11 PM. It did not stop until 1 AM. It was horrible. Nobody was interested in helping and no hot water to take a shower.”

“AC was lacking. no insulation between rooms - you could hear a whisper-quiet convo next door. Barking dogs all night, the whole place reeked of weed, shower door falling off its hinge, TV didn't work, beds were rough...overall it's definitely in the top 5 worst hotel/motel experiences I've ever had.”

“This hotel should be removed from Expedia. The staff will steal money from you. There are cockroaches and blood in your bed. Plus mice running around. ”

“People are nasty at the facility, night shift front desk was nice and polite. Bathroom had no shower curtain and nasty roaches on the pull out bed. ”

“I did not have any pets Room was okay but no soap was provided. Room wasn’t fully ready when I moved in Not enough towels No pillow cases on the pillows. Housekeeping came after I had already checked in to give me pillow cases and towels ”

“Just my go to place whenever I go to Plano. Perfect location, fabulous people. ”

“The room is efficiently comfortable. Enough space for our belongings. Perfect temperature and water pressure. Breakfast was above board. Mm y favorite - oatmeal, wasn't instant. The hotel is close to our venue, WOGA. There are many different restaurants to choose from.”
