Per me è un no, non lo posso certo consigliare
Purtroppo questo hotel ha molte pecche…camere piccole, bagno minuscolo con porta impossibile da chiudere x i primi tre gg( con tre persone in camera)…. Cibo basso livello, stesso gusto dalla colazione alla cena… Due piccole piscine con 10 lettini ognuna, una al piano terra e uno sul tetto dove ovviamente non c’era mai posto… La vista delle camere davano su case in avanzato stato di deterioramento Insomma sinceramente non c’andrei più tra l’altro il prezzo è veramente esagerato per questo hotel che più che altro sembra un tre stelle

Posizione ottima. 4 stelle sono appropriate per questo hotel. Colazione meravigliosa e scelta notevole per la cena. Staff molto preparato e gentile. Camere grandi, materassi ottimi e soprattutto doccia da sogno. Tutto veramente ok. Da provare

We checked in around 1PM tired from our flight, we went up to the room and the keys didn’t work, a housekeeper opened the door for us. We were given a small room with two beds together. We were 3. Air conditioner did not work. We took a nap for 5 hours and decided to come back downstairs and ask about the keys, the AC and the possibility to upgrade, since the room was small. The receptionist couldn’t find me by my room #. So I panicked and suggested him to look me up by last name. We were given the wrong room and they told us that the air conditioner is turned off by management and that on Monday (the next day) they will have a meeting about it and see if they can turn it on. They refused to upgrade us for the inconvenience and was told to come back tomorrow and speak To management, but we were given a bottle sparkling drink, valued at 4.45 euros. Upon check out, we spoke to them about our concerns again and was told we need to pay for late check out anyways, 20 Euros. There is no parking and their answer Was always “it’s just how it is here” The guys at the bar were great, besides them this hotel has nothing impressive, hospitality and the willingness to help was none existent to these employees.

No customer service
The room I was allocated was no more than a storage room with a shower. I paid €300 for 3 nights. I complained at reception shortly after check in & was told there was nothing they could do that night. I went back at 8am before breakfast and was basically told ‘not our problem, contact hotels.com’ the receptionist was borderline rude. They still insisted that they didn’t have another room to move me to do I requested a refund. After over an hour on the phone to hotels.com & then trying to contact the hotel (the phone was literally ringing as I was stood there & I was telling them it’s hotels.com) they didn’t bother to answer it. I eventually got to downs to a manager after 11am who stood there & said nothing. No apology from him or the receptionist, just a blank face. He eventually agreed to refund 2 nights instead of the 3 I paid for. I’ve never been to this side of the island before & I’ve got to say it tainted my love for Majorca. I visited 3 times last year & 3 times this year, I’ve never known such horrible customer service, rude and no empathy whatsoever. I’ll stick to my usual resort in the future! Single bed facing a door, no balcony just a window where there was no privacy as private flats were facing. NOT worth €100 per night! It was basically a storage room with a bed thrown in it. Shouldn’t even be sold as a room.

Hotel confortable et bien situé La présence d un réfrigérateur dans la chambre est appréciable. Par contre faire payer l usage du coffre forte est malvenue dans un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Would pick this hotel again
Nice hotel in good location. Great breakfast. Rooftop pool and bar area was marvellous. Newly renovated and clean. We were three people in a room with three ordinary beds. Was a little small but nice, with the third bed in a separate room and it had a nice spacious terrace.

Bra hotel men ...
Bra hotel med bra frukost. Enda klagomålet jag hade var att toaletten i mitt rum var inklämd mellan en stor dursch och handfat. Utrymmet var knappt så man fick plats och det var svårt att torka sig.

Sehr kleines Hotel, kleine Zimmer, Kleiner Pool, nur wenige liegestühle verfügbar, alter Lift, keine Klima in den Gängen, frühstücksbuffet ok aber klein, die Putzfrauen fangen sehr früh zu putzen und das nicht leise, unfreundlich noch dazu. Ruhige Gegend.

Hôtel plutôt moyen, les alentours sont bruyants et plutôt sales. Il n'y a pas de parking au sein de l'hôtel et le parking dans la rue est assez difficile à chercher. Nous n'avons pas eu aussi les indications sur les horaires d'ouverture des piscines qui ferment très tôt à 19h. Pour le prix, on s'attendait à des services plus professionnels.

The rooms were clean and got cleaned every day when wished. The rooms were small but for a week this was fine. The breakfast was everyday the same but good food but the dinner was really great with great variety and a lot of options for vegetarians as well. The pools are nice but with only a few spaces around it which made it difficult to get a spot but the beach is just around the corner so that wasn’t a problem. All in all it was a pleasant vacation and a great hotel, worth its price.

Utrolig fint hotell for en lang weekend med venner. God frokost, fint basseng på taket med god mat og service. Utrolig nære til flyplass og strand, 10 min med taxi til Palma. Anbefales på det sterkeste.

I am strongly against the habit of make reservations for sun beds... we never got to enjoy the roof pool area as there were towerls and books on every sun bed every morning at 8 o'clock- But there was NOBODY in the area... in spite of signs telling that it was not permitted to make reservations! But the food was amazing- we loved it- great restaurant

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Das Abendbuffet ändert sich täglich, das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das von uns gebuchte Zimmer mit Balkon war uns im Nachhinein zu klein. Sonst war alles zufriedenstellend. Danke!

Mycket bra lägen till stranden. Mindre bra var dörrarna på hotellrummet. Man hörde allt från korridoren. Dörrarna stängdes väldigt hårt och det lätt väldigt mycket.
