albergo carino ma non un 5 stelle, personale gentilissimo, piscona piccola, stanza piccola, ristorante interno non un 5 stelle e cena irrisoria : carpaccio di zucchini = 5 fettine di cetriolo sottili con una punta di salsa sopra è voilà! pasta gommosa cucinata come i noodles, pessima idea, sufficiente il dolce. buono il ristorante esterno italiano con cameriera baravissima e gentilissima, però menù ridotto (perchè? 5 stelle??), buono anche il ristorante spagnolo (ma anche qui menu ridotto)

Was excellent
I do not like to write. My stay was excellent . I love the quiet because of no children's policy The buffet breakfast was magnificent with everything you want. The only think I disliked is the smoking allowance outside the restaurant...so people like me that I dont agree in smoking is very unconfortable and always I have to stay inside. In Australia we have non smoking policy everywere so you can enjoy the outdoors with clean air.

Nice hotel, but...
Cozy, beautiful hotel and friendly personnel. 1. Really bad air conditioning in the room, heat and humidity all day and all night long. Luckily, we stayed in a seaview Junior Suite. We were notifying the reception about the problem 3 times a day, we also left a notice on the door, moreover, we explained the problem to the room-service, but we never got it solved. Several times they promised to repair the A/C but the person in charge never came to check the room. 2. The light in the wardrobe was always blinking, so it made it impossible to sleep at night. The same, the problem was never solved. 3. We arrived at 2 p.m. Although the checkin starts at 2 p.m., we had to wait 40 minutes until our room was prepared. We were invited for a cocktail... But still. 4. The rest is fine. We don't know if we ever come back again.

I am very sorry for the inconnvenience caused during yor stay.Our tecnican went in the room the same day to check the A/C and he dont find any problem, the A/C is conducted by a domotic system and the temprature is keeping the same in the hole hotel.The thing is that in the junior suite corner room it is taking more time for cooling as this are our biggest rooms ,we recommend to left the card inside the cardholder for the hole day to keep an adecuate temperature.We hope to welcome you again on your next stay.Kindest regards,Manuel Tigre-Hotel Managaer

Having booked a property with air-conditioning we were very much looking forward to our return trip to this hotel. The temperature was circa 30 degrees daily. This time, the air-conditioning was switched off "due to the environment" and we were asked to leave our balcony doors open. We asked for the air-conditioning to be switched on, again refused (we have this refusal in writing from the hotel!). Balcony door open meant noise and pollution coming into the room, also safety issues. A fan was provided, but too noisy and impossible to sleep through. Also, it simply circulated warm air around the room. When paying for a specifically advertised facility, it should be provided. Expedia need to review the advertising before allowing bookings.

Dear Jagdeep,Thank you for your opinion about our facilities after your recent visit.Indeed, as we informed you at the hotel, during the winter season we have heating and in summer air conditioning. We have a general system for the entire hotel so we cannot modify the AC/heating system individually for each client.In the Balearic Islands we have a law imposed by the government to control the maximum and minimum temperatures of AC and heating in hotels, for this reason and that the average temperature during the night is lower than the stipulated figures, it is not possible to activate AC. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, we always try to find solutions to our customers' problems, as in your case with a fan that was not enough apparently.Add that our establishment is safe and also our balconies, since they have sufficient separation between each room and to date we have not received complaints from other clients about heat in the room, since at night the temperature still coolsWe hope that this experience does not prevent you from returning on a future occasion for a second opportunity to enjoy.Best regards,

We have stayed at the Pure Salt in the summer of 2016, and a revisit for 2024 was overdue. An early break in March to Playa de Palma was our first, the hotel was ready for guests with all services on offer made available. Whilst there plenty of food option outside the hotel I recommend you try the tapas restaurant Mikel & Pintxo. The food is superb tapas and meals lunch and evening and perfect also for an evening drink. Ask the staff for a Lumamba ! We also suggest the Spa the service I received exceeded my expectations. It’s been a while and new memories made here, I would like to add it’s time for some TLC in places our room had a towel radiator that didn’t work and was very dusty, the coffee machine is espresso only and the TV signal hit and miss, but I get that it was windy !!! Not enough in this detail to stop me coming back thank you ☀️

Overall myself and my friend enjoyed our stay here! The hotel sits right on the ocean with plenty of food options all around. We're American though and didn't know that this area is primarily stayed in by German tourists (not a big deal) but many options around the hotel are geared towards them. The staff were kind and the hotel grounds were very beautiful outside. I did use the gym once and it was soo hot so maybe they can turn on the AC. Other than that, the stay was nice!

Lovely location, wonderful, helpful staff. Spa was nice, when looking around it was suggested to book a slot at the Spa which was easy to do and we always managed to get in when we requested, could do with a little better cleaning especially the tiles in the hot tub. Room was lovely, clean and spacious, we had a balcony overlooking the gardens. We stayed on a B&B basis and the buffet breakfast was very good, lots of options. The hotels main guests are German, the area is in fact geared mainly to German visitors.

There was mold in our room through the ceiling and the room had a horrible smell to it, we didn't get the cleaning service on the last two days we visited and smell was more intense we almost felt sick because if this. They really need to update the facility and inspect the guest rooms better. Soon as you walked in the room smell was awful throughout the stay. Location is great we should have asked for a room change but we thought it was normal until i found the mold and took pictures. Room ventilation was also poor due to blocked ducts by dust. Breakfast was included in stay, staff services were great. I would not visit this location again. Spa is small and inexperienced the staff poured so much oil in my hair for a head massage that the stench lingered for days after as oil is hard to remove from hair, that was a concern for me as I use the spas a lot and this has never been performed to that extent. Overall my husband and i made the best to stay out of the room to try and enjoy our honeymoon stay but I will not be returning with them ever. Our health felt at risk in our room.
