La struttura é in un’ottima posizione, a 2 passi dalla quinta.. offre una piscina sul tetto molto gradevole, parcheggio coperto gratuito e camere spaziose.. per chi non ha il sonno pesante la vicinanza ai locali che fanno musica fino a tarda notte é sicuramente un problema, ma non é stato il mio caso.. per quanto riguarda il personale della reception invece sono parecchio disorganizzati, non comunicano tra di loro, per non parlare del ragazzo che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo con aria di sufficienza

Struttara pulita, molto belle le camere, personale molto gentile e bella piscina sul tetto. La posizione e centralissima ma questo purtroppo corrisponde a rumore in camera durante la notte, abbiamo alloggiato in una stanza rumorosa ma il personale dell'hotel è stato disponibile a cambiarci stanza...davvero molto gentili! Ottima la colazione al Belmonte hot cake buonissimi!!! Ottimo hotel ci tornerei sicuramente!

Ottima posizione, la pulizia al top, poche informazioni(solo un ragazzo preparato) dalla reception per eventuali escursioni, locali convenzionati o mezzi, mancanza servizio lavanderia ma dopo giorni abbiamo scoperto che c'è nè una nella parallela dietro, unica vera pecca per me la colazione al bar vicino perché priva di possibilità di scelta, essendo io allergica al latte.

Eravamo in appartamento con due camere e soggiorno: spazi e confort incredibili! Presenti lavatrice e asciugatrice: utilissime! Ci sono anche forno microonde, frigo, tv color, ecc. Nel bagno c'è di tutto: asciugacapelli, accappatoi, shampoo, balsasmo, bagnoschiuma. Ottima anche la doccia. Due piscine al quarto piano con ottima veduta. In un minuto, a piedi, sei sulla "Quinta Avenida", il cuore di Playa del Carmen. Personale gentile. Solo la colazione da migliorare, è "alla carte" e non è comunque eccellente. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

The rooms are clean and spacy. The front desk staff is friendly and willing to help with special requests. I have stayed four nights at the hotel. My original room was facing the street. There is a club/bar down the street from the hotel with loud music until 3am! Even with closed balcony doors the music is loud. I've managed to sleep with one of the heavy pillows over my head. I have asked the front desk staff for a new room that would not be facing the street. They were not able to accommodate me in the first two nights but, they did move me for the last two days of my stay.

It was noisy, but it wasn’t that bad. I enjoyed our stay and unless you want to spend the entire time in the hotel, I think this is a good choice to be able to have access to the rest of the city.

Great location. Pool was nice. Grateful we could shower with later departure. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Glad it had laundry. One older security guard was super kind. Good for families. Beach very close.

The pools could have been much warmer—as expected, there was lots of nightlife noise. However, there are lovely views from the rooftop. The housekeepers were great, and the staff was friendly and informative.

We had a great stay at this property. Check in was easy, as was the self parking. We stayed in the family apartment and had plenty of space and loved the rooftop terrace. The location was also great, and was in close proximity to the ferry, beach, bars, restaurants, and shopping - all within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Property was clean. Never felt unsafe walking outside. It did get loud over the weekend, but it was to be expected. Photo opportunity throughout the building. Short walk to the beach and has a pool as well. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Very noisy every night until 3 am in the morning. No coffee station or coffee to purchase anywhere in the building. Not any vending machines for water or anything else. Your room is not safe because they say they are not responsible for anything taken from your room. So if you lose money or any of your belongings, that should be safe in your room, they are not responsible. So we never let anyone clean our room. Because allowing the housekeeper in your room means they can steal anything and the hotel says they are not responsible. This was uncomfortable feeling to say the least. The bed was comphy and the rooftop beautiful and that was all that was good.

The rooms could be cleaner. Floors, cabinets all need a deep clean. Bathrooms both had strong sewage odor. Well equipped kitchen area and washer drier a bonus. Staff were attentive in particular Pavel and Pablo.

First time I stayed in September was a great experience. This experience wasn’t so great due to a dirty jacuzzi, a leaky A/C, Unchanged sheets when requested, A dirty cheese grader in the clean cabinets, a clogged toilet, not giving new toilet paper rolls everyday, and denying any type of guest to your room…Family included, since we were visiting a cousin. I was not expecting this since I had the best experience (5months ago) in September of 2023.

I do not recommend this property. It is not kept up to modern standards, the staff is VERY unfriendly, the manager was not friendly when I had a simple request regarding a medical appointment. There is a hole in the sidewalk outside the hotel that I tripped on. I liked the restaurant and bar; but the hotel itself is horrible.

Staff are very attentive. The residence rentals are beautiful. Both the hotel and residence have small, but attractive roof pool and hot tub areas. The included breakfast was fabulous, with many choices. Downside- getting our hotel room cleaned each day took several phone calls to the front desk. There was no food sold in the pool area. Location was central, but not upscale.
