I reported the issue to the front desk, but they did not offer to move me to another room. In addition, there was no hot water, which made the experience even worse. I also had an unpleasant experience at the adults-only pool. I was told that I could not stay in that area, yet at the same time there was another adult...

“I got stuck in the elevator, the beach rinse-off showers weren't working properly, they never mopped the room during my stay, and they broke one of my suitcases; I paid for an ocean view but could barely see the sea, and the room didn't really match the photos.”

“The room was clean the staff were kind and helpful when needed. The bars ran out of liquor options and the drinks were watered down. The only way to get good quality liquor was to buy it. And on several nights the had no tequila. Otherwise I had a good time.”

From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here. If you want an all inclusive with gourmet food and fantastic attentive service, look no further than Hotel Mousai.”

“The beach was great and the hotel was ok. The AC did work great, so that was a plus. We normally stay at the Privilege, but they were booked, so we needed to stay somewhere else for a quick unplanned 3 day getaway. Prices seemed a little unreasonable, but food Quality was ok. If you get up early, and want to get to the beach, this is a problem. They set up the chairs and umbrellas kind of late, sometimes as late as 9am.”

“Lotus: Clean rooms. Front desk is very informative. Taxi service is usually readily available right outside Lotus. They also have their own golf carts to rent. Spa treatment was great. Guru restaurant food at lotus was great (two plates we ordered ceviche and the black angus burger with truffle fries - best truffle fries I’ve had anywhere, ask for the habanero hot sauce it’s delicious) although they close the beach access from lotus relatively early in the evening you still have access to it...
