“It was a nice property. Our room however was outdated. We stayed at the same hotel in Downtown Dallas a month ago and our room was more modern in Texas. You could see the water damage to the walls in the bathroom & by the bed. The wood was colored red with what appeared as permanent marker. The couch was stained severely. Otherwise the staff was phenomenal!! Very kind staff, thank you for the stay.”

“In the midst of a heat wave the ac stopped working and I told the front desk I needed repairs and the maintenance tweaked it but didn’t fix it. I called Expedia and they called the front desk and they were told that I had the ac on auto not cool and I needed to give it some time to cool the room. That was a total lie since the unit didn’t even have an auto setting. Then I complained to the front desk again and they replaced the unit. Then the maintenance man knocked on my door and started giving...

“One of the most amazing Places I’ve ever stayed! Breakfast was unbelievable 😊 and the two ladies cooking breakfast were very professional, super nice and very friendly… I would give this hotel a six star rating if I could! Look forward to visiting again👍👍”

“Our stay was disappointing due to several issues that were never resolved during our visit. Upon arrival, we discovered that the hot water was not working, and we only had access to ice-cold water for the entirety of our stay. We notified staff, who assured us they would keep us updated and expected the issue to be fixed that evening, but unfortunately it never was. The air conditioner ran continuously but did little to cool the room, and the mini refrigerator was also not functioning properly,...
