“A good hotel in a strategic area, but services can be improved, considering it's a four-star hotel. Coffee machines on the ground floor often don't work. I was surprised not to find toiletries in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom was not well cleaned the day after shampooing, and several hairs were left in the bathtub. So disappointing, considering the price of the room! ”

“Keefer House is for people who want to feel at home while away from home. I was so impressed with how clean & stocked up the room was. The room was beautiful & comfortable. There is no front desk but Juan who works onsite was super helpful along with the remote staff who helped guide my stay. Can’t wait to stay at the Keefer House again! ”

We stayed in a room with two beds that was spacious and bright, with comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom with separate shower and a giant tub, and daily "treats" and lemon water for turndown service. “Decent hotel. Staff were good. They had an issue with one elevator being out of service and staff said it was taking weeks to fix. There are three. The hotel was full so there was lots of waiting for elevators. On top of that cleaning staff used the same elevators so it was very busy and crowed. Sometimes we waited 15 minutes for an elevator. Otherwise a good hotel- staff were very friendly and it’s well located. ”
