“We had a nice stay. The room was clean and modern and our request to be in a high floor room has been satisfied by the kind staff. Breakfast was great with many options The only note was the location of the hotel: it is relatively close by car to the downtown area and seaside and you can park either in the hotel garage (more expensive) or in the adjacent public parking lot (at night time not very safe).”

“Shuttle was amazing - Frank was fast. Love the communication from the hotel - particularly about the availability of cruise port shuttle on-site. Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. The room is where I had issues. Bed was comfortable but I always check for bed bugs. There were no bed bugs but there were crumbs in the bed and the mattress was filthy - see pic.
