“Struttura accogliente e ben posizionata, pulizia ottima, la stanza è come in descrizione. Unico appunto da fare per il riscaldamento che si attiva solo dopo le 19 di sera. Era un po’ freddo quando siamo entrati e non riuscivamo a scaldarci. Però tutto sommato molto bene. Anche la colazione era molto buona, ci hanno fatto un caffè peruviano macinato fresco molto buono. ”

Instead of keycards, they use traditional keys and ask you to leave your key at the front desk whenever you go out. I understand the reason, since it helps prevent lost keys, but it can be a bit awkward when coming back late. “Nice little place near the train station and 20 minutes walk from the bus terminal. The owners were very helpfull also. It is a good location in Cusco I think. There is a mini kitchen and I could leave some food in the fridge.”

“The staff completely ignored the VIP status. The room were horrible, noisy, and some genius put windows in the room that look into the building stairs so anytime someone passes by and turn on the lights the room inside is very bright. Moreover it’s impossible to keep the room dark at night. The bathroom is a joke, is the smallest I have ever seen. After complaining the staff moved us in a triple room which is slightly more comfortable, credit to the staff for trying but the structure itself is...

“Stay was good, except on the shower when I open the faucet, the water is initially brown. Also I was charged twice on my card as initially got an error on my 1st card then I used another 1 then both were charged. I am still trying to get answer from them.”

“The host is exceptionally kind and accommodating. After our flight was delayed and we arrived quite late, we were warmly welcomed and even helped upstairs with our bags.
