Hotel a Pleasant Valley

“On a whole the place was clean however our comforters on both beds had stains and the tub had marks in it. Breakfast was delicious. Biggest downfall for me was the Asian mystic decor above doorways and on surfaces. Will probably not return. ”

“The heating unit worked great. I was able to sleep soundly. There was a great variety of stores nearby. I enjoyed a very nice Mexican meal.”

“Clean and functional. Only issue was low pressure in the shower. The pool was closed until warmer weather. The continental breakfast is small but acceptable. Convenient location to restaurants, stores, and interstates/highways. Friendly and helpful staff.”

“Room smelled stale upon entry. Running fan continuously seemed to help. A/C was extremely loud when it kicked in.”

“Small room but clean. Patio doors did not open but drapes really kept the sun light out of the room. The TV’s in the room was a smart tv so able to watch Netflix. Pool was closed for half of our stay due to immediate maintenance.Breakfast was ok but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to Kauffman Stadium ”

“My only complaint was with Expedia. Paid for a king room, but when we checked in the desk said they only had queen rooms. Was told we would receive a refund as the room was slightly less, but never did.”

“Breakfast was fresh. Shuttle was so helpful back and forth to the airport. Great pizza restaurant in the Hilton next door. ”

“I checked in, they gave me a key for a room that was occupied. Embarrassing. then I got moved up to 3rd floor. Next morning the elevator is out and I have to lug my bags, purse, coffee thermos and sack of snacks down the stairs. I am alone and 74 years old. Not a great experience. ”

“a cup of coffee was 4.65. Complimentary coffee was not available.............drove to Quick Trip and spent 2.49. Hotel was ok but the 4.65 for Starbucks won't work for us.”

“It was nice enough for what we needed. The beds were not comfortable for me, and they cut off breakfast too early. Breakfast was pretty bland and very basic, processed eggs and cereal. It was fairly clean. I've stayed in worse places but will try something else next time.”

“The rooms smelled really bad…the first room they gave me smelled like mold and I noticed it looked there had been water damage in the ceiling in the bathroom. I asked to change rooms and the clerk was very nice. The second room was slightly better but still did not smell good at all. The windows did not open so you can’t air out the rooms either. I have bad allergies so this is not great for me. ”
