The lighting in the room was awful. The staff was not friendly. I went to get some breakfast in the morning, just some fruit and one of the staff came up to me real aggressively asking me if I had a breakfast tag, if not I would have to pay. I told her I thought Honors members had complimentary breakfast, she then asked what level I was at like I was lying. I just put the fruit down and left.

System was down did not have my Expedia reservation charge me for the room and never once did my Expedia information pop up so I was charged by Expedia and by the hotel

Good stay. I forgot my cell pione in our room. I called the hotel and they found my phone and held it at the desk until we could go by to get it.

Hotel cómodo, personal amable.. Te reciben con una galleta (deliciosa) y agua. Hotel ligeramente lejos de todo pero si quieres descansar esta es una buena opción.

The staff was friendly and check-in was fast and easy. The doors on the outside of the rooms need to be painted and are filthy. My pillow had two eyelashes on it before I even laid down which told me the pillow cases were not changed. The remote to the television was really sticky, and there were carpet beetles on the wall, in the bathroom, and another on the other bed I did not sleep on. I only know they were carpet beetles because I freaked out thinking they may have been bed bugs, but they weren't. For the price I paid I feel it should have been a more comfortable stay. At minimum the pillow cases should be changed, and the placed cleaned well. I was on the bottom floor so maybe that was the deal with the carpet beetles, but it still sucked spending an hour googling and researching what it was in the room. I feel this hotel could be really nice with some TLC.

This hotel is old and in need of some upgrades. It smells like they use febreeze by the gallon .

Posizione: Didn't bother to check -- after 5 hrs checked out and moved to different hotel
Staff was professional and friendly. However, facilities wise, worst Double Tree I stayed - decided to check out and move to another hotel, noise, smell, too many broken things, dirty carpet ..

Nice hotel close to restaurants

Posizione: That all depends on what one is going to Livermore for. There are great restaurants downtown on First Street. The Cattleman's is very good, too.
I went to Livermore for a bowling tournament. The hotel was conveniently located for easy access to get to the bowling center.

Old and Worn out with sub par amenities

Contro: The entire facility is in need of a complete do over. Old rooms, old HVAC units, Fix the leaks and poor drainage. Keep the vending machines full;
Carpets are old and thread bare; wall corners beat up; HVAC unit in room too noisy to sleep; problems with TV; vending machines empty; coffee in lobby was cold; tub drained very slowly; bathroom sink leaked around base of fixtures; change of room only solved the noisy HVAC. Staff very nice and friendly but place needs a complete do over.
