Came for Spartan Race

Data di pubblicazione: 18-lug-2016
Pro: Staff, room, pool, bar, location, free parking.
Contro: Refrigerators and microwaves in rooms free of charge would add a lot to the stay.
Posizione: Right off highway. Great restaurants in town. Not far to many area attractions. We visited Santa Cruz beach, went to an A's game. Lots in area!
Great hotel. Free parking. Nice pool (unheated, but ok with us). Very friendly and helpful staff. Bartender gave us great tips on activities and restaurants. Very clean. Easy location.

Worst customer service experience ever.

Data di pubblicazione: 7-giu-2016
I had booked two nights so I could arrived late for check in due to my night shift work schedule. Upon my arrival the front desk staff not only had sold my room to someone else after I was charge for the room. They were extremely rude and very discourteous. Refused to help me, left me stranded. When Expedia customer service representative called the hotel to clear any misunderstanding with hotel staff. The front desk staff treated Expedia representative the same way as I had been treated and was yelling on the phone accusing me of being late and refusing to give me a room. I will never recommend anyone to this hotels.

A Little to Spartan for Me

Data di pubblicazione: 18-apr-2016 su Hotels
Old hotel. Nice lobby but the hotel itself was old. The doors did not close well and light from the hallways illuminated my room all night. Also the sound insulation is very poor. I could hear people and things banging around all night. I had earplugs in. The breakfast buffet was ok, but for $15 you'd think they would have the one staple - orange juice (no, sorry). Lobby computer for printing boarding passes was broken (but they printed my pdf from the checkin desk). OK, cheap hotel, but as a business traveler I want a little more.

Failed remodel

Data di pubblicazione: 17-apr-2016 su Orbitz
On entering I was told the place was just remodeled. It looked like a Hilton Garden Inn, but it's now a DoubleTree. To me the only remodel was the sign which enables higher average rates. Same tired decor in the lobby and rooms; and a slow creaky elevator. I waited over an hour to get in a room. Anita was pleasant and so was the bartender who was trying to help at check in - but both lacked experience and reservation system knowledge.

wonderful stay

Data di pubblicazione: 6-set-2015 su Orbitz
This hotel is right across the street from the airport and we thought it was going to be a horrible stay, but didnt have a choice all the hotels were booked everywhere we tried. So we booked it and stayed, it was such a wonderful stay, The rooms are soundproof we didnt hear one airplane and it was amazing just to look out the window and watch them take off and land. There was also a free shuttle bus that took you from the hotel into the airport so that you could catch the bart train there to take you right into the heart of San Fran. We couldnt have asked for better and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would def recommend to everyone

Contro: Putting a mini fridge in room, offer free breakfast, put fan in bathroom - got steamy with showers.
Somewhat disappointed as there was not mini fridge in room and no free breakfast. The bathroom need a fan to circulate as there was no window and it got very steamy with showers.

Thank you for leaving a comment. Your comments are very important to us. We want to apologize for the inconveniences these amenities have caused you. Our brand standard does not list for us to provide a fridge in every room or free breakfast. With our new renovations with the insurance company starting up, please expect great changes in our near future. Thank you

Close to downtown but not all that grand

Data di pubblicazione: 6-mag-2015 su Hotels
I went to Livermore for a solo getaway, and wine tasting. I've stayed at Hilton Hotels before, and was expecting a little more. The service was great (from the front desk staff, as well as everyone I encountered.) And the proximity to downtown Livermore was a quick taxi ride. But, the hotel itself was a little dated and dingy, and didn't have the same ambiance that I've had before. The pool and the food were just kind of bland as well.

Great hotel

Data di pubblicazione: 27-apr-2015
Pro: Clean, quiet, friendly
Contro: Breakfast options were great, but the hot items didn't taste very good. Bacon tasted off, and the scrambled eggs were dry and almost hard.
Posizione: Mostly have to drive everywhere, but that's Livermore. You can walk to 2 plazas nearby for food.
The room and bathroom were clean and quiet. Staff were great. The only reason I didn't give it a 5/5 all around is that the breakfast in the morning is a whole lot of money for really pretty gross tasting bacon and eggs. I do appreciate that they had more than just cereal and bagels, and I know better than to expect amazing food from hotels, but it was pretty not great. I would stay here again; I'd just make more time for breakfast elsewhere, which is easy enough!
