Worst customer service experience ever.

I had booked two nights so I could arrived late for check in due to my night shift work schedule. Upon my arrival the front desk staff not only had sold my room to someone else after I was charge for the room. They were extremely rude and very discourteous. Refused to help me, left me stranded. When Expedia customer service representative called the hotel to clear any misunderstanding with hotel staff. The front desk staff treated Expedia representative the same way as I had been treated and was yelling on the phone accusing me of being late and refusing to give me a room. I will never recommend anyone to this hotels.
